MATERIAL
We only use wool that is sustainable and cruelty-free. Our 100% virgin wool is taken from a lamb’s first shearing, producing the softest, finest wool. We clean, scour, and dye our wool in our employee-owned factory in the United States. From shearing the wool to hand polishing a finished body, our hats pass through 50 skilled artisans’ hands.
CARE
To keep your hat looking its best, we recommend using our Hat Care Kit. This kit contains a protective spray that is ideal for helping to prevent dirt and stains from setting in.
If you notice any small spots or stains, you can easily remove them by lightly blotting with a slightly damp, light-colored cloth. For more stubborn stains, we recommend using a felt sponge or hat brush to clean the affected area gently.
If the stain persists, it's best to take your wool hat to a professional hat repair shop for expert cleaning.
