Raffia is a natural fibre extracted from palm trees that grows in tropical regions and especially in wet soil in Madagascar. All of our raffia products are crocheted or braided by hand in our Malagasy workshops.

However, we advise you to:
– Keep it away from direct sunlight and heavy rain
– If the accessory gets wet, leave it to dry in a dry place away from heat sources (fireplace, radiator, etc.)

Full priced merchandise, unworn with original tags attached and packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchange when received back to seren within 10 days of your orders original delivery date.
