Full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact, may be returned for store credit or exchange only when received back to seren within 10 days of your order’s original delivery date.

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when mailing items back to us. Additionally, a $9.95 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of the original shipping on your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns sent back outside of this timeframe or that do not meet our condition requirements. Sale items, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and items without original tags are final sale and not eligible for return.
